Violette de Ayala is the CEO and Founder of ¹ó·¡²Ñ°ä±õ°Õ³Û®, an International Networking Association for Business Women, Female Executives, and Change-Makers. Violette also has experience as a Program Developer at Spinning Palm LLC, a Consultant at The Sports Club/LA, and as President/Owner of Five Points Fitness-Pilates Studio. Additionally, Violette served as a Lecturer at Wake Technical Community College and holds a Leading Diverse Teams & Organizations Certification from the University of Michigan.
