Rachel Kois is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, community leadership, and customer service. Currently serving in the G&W Catalyst Program at Graham & Walker since March 2023, Rachel is also the Founder and CEO of Simple Switch, an online marketplace for positive impact purchasing established in October 2017. Previous experience includes leadership roles in the Global Shapers Community, where Rachel was Curator and Vice Curator for the Boulder Hub, and providing administrative support at First Presbyterian Church. Rachel holds a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management and Services and a BFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Colorado Boulder, where involvement extended to a business consulting internship in South Africa and founding a children's theatre organization.
