Maja Larson is an accomplished legal professional and educator with extensive experience in both academia and the investment sector. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law since 2013, Maja teaches courses on in-house counsel strategies. Maja is actively involved in various investment roles, including investor positions at E8 Angels and the Seattle Angel Conference, and serving as a limited partner at Graham & Walker. Additional contributions include advisory roles at Lightning Law and Flatfee Corp, as well as consulting at MDL Consulting, focusing on risk management and compliance. Maja's prior experience includes significant leadership as General Counsel and Corporate Vice President at the Allen Institute, where legal and enterprise risk functions were established and enhanced. Maja holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Sociology from the University of Washington.
