Carly Black has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Volunteer at the Pattonville School District. Carly then worked as an Extended Day Teacher at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School from January to July 2012. In 2012, they also served as a Substitute Teacher and Student Teacher at the Parkway School District.
From 2013 to 2014, Carly worked at the Parkway School District as a Summer School Teacher, where they taught "Kids with Character" to students aged 7-10. Carly also served as a Building Teacher Assistant during that time, assisting in classrooms, tutoring, and teaching social skills to students in kindergarten to fifth grade.

Carly Black has a strong educational background in the field of education. Carly obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Fontbonne University from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Character Education at Lindenwood University from 2012 to 2014.
