Renee Taylor is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Felux since September 2023. Prior to this role, Renee spent over twelve years at Majestic Steel USA, where responsibilities included training and coaching customer experience specialists and managing claims as a Customer Experience Claims Supervisor. Additionally, Renee has held positions in quality assurance and inside sales at reputable companies such as Rio Tinto Alcan and Novelis, demonstrating a strong background in sales administration and customer service. Renee began their career at Alcan in inside sales, building a solid foundation in sales support and account management. Renee earned a BA in Humanities from John Carroll University in 1994.
