Michelle Stephens, PhD, CPNP, RN, currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Felt since June 2024 and is a board member at Georgetown University School of Nursing since November 2022. Previously, Michelle co-founded Oath Care, a community for parents from pregnancy through age five, which operated from September 2019 to December 2023. Michelle's academic background includes a PhD in Nursing Science from the University of California, San Francisco, where research efforts focused on understanding early adversity through the Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-Up Intervention Study, as well as experience as a graduate research assistant and teaching assistant. In clinical roles, Michelle has worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Berkeley Pediatric Medical Group and Pediatric Associates of Alexandria, and held nursing positions in pediatric intensive care at The University of Maryland Medical System and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
