Sharon O'Neal has over three decades of experience in coordinating fellowship care and managing office operations. Since June 2004, Sharon O'Neal has served as the Fellowship Care Coordinator at Southside Fellowship, where responsibilities include overseeing community support initiatives. Prior to this role, from July 1986 to May 2004, Sharon O'Neal worked as the Office Manager at the Evangelical Free Church of Crystal Lake, where duties involved administrative management and organizational tasks.
