Peter McAdam is an experienced executive coach and human resources professional with a robust background in employee engagement, change management, and talent management. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Felix Global Corp. since September 2012, Peter has also held senior advisory roles at Peter McAdam Consulting Ltd. until August 2022. With extensive experience at TD from 1979 to 2012 in various vice president positions, Peter was instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and leading compliance operations. In addition to corporate roles, Peter has contributed to community organizations, including serving as Interim Chair of the Board of Directors for Halton Food for Thought and as a Board Member for United Way Oakville. Peter holds a BA in Economics from York University and has pursued further education in coaching and human resources.
