Laura O'Grady's work experience includes serving as the Director Executive Search at Felix Global starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Randstad Canada, starting in 2011. At Randstad Canada, they held various roles including Industrial Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Branch Manager- Mississauga East, Assistant Branch Manager, and Senior Staffing Consultant. As a Branch Manager, Laura was responsible for business to business sales and development, candidate attraction and recruitment, and building relationships with new and existing clients. Their work at Randstad Canada involved full cycle recruitment to match talented individuals with opportunities in the local Hamilton Region.

Laura O'Grady completed a diploma program in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager at Liaison College from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Diverse Talent in Recruiting and Hiring, Managing Introverts, and Recruiting Veterans from LinkedIn in February 2023.
