Francine Piché, MBA, CPCC, PCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and human resources. As the Founder and President of ITP Leadership Inc. since August 2015, Francine has focused on coaching and facilitation to enhance clients' leadership capabilities. Additionally, Francine serves as a coach for Felix Global and Skillsoft Coaching, and works as an analyst at Transition-Path, specializing in the transfer of critical job knowledge within organizations. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Siemens from August 1991 to January 2019, where Francine held several leadership roles in Human Resources, focusing on learning, talent, and leadership development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Athabasca University and a B.Com in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Ottawa, along with CPCC certification from the Co-Active Training Institute.
