Charles Weber is an experienced lighting operations professional with a strong background in entertainment technology and show production. Currently serving as Lighting Operations Manager at Feld Entertainment since February 2021, Charles oversees lighting, video, power, and networking equipment across various shows and studios. Previous roles include Associate Show Lighting Designer at Walt Disney Imagineering and multiple positions at Walt Disney World, where responsibilities encompassed lighting, audio, and special effects in entertainment settings. Charles also has significant experience from earlier positions at Feld Entertainment and Six Flags Great Adventure, where expertise in lighting setup, maintenance, and programming was developed. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Theater from Lebanon Valley College.
