Anna Skrandies has extensive experience in human resources and communication management. Currently serving as a Personalreferentin at Feinkost Kaefer since August 2022, Anna focuses on employee development, staffing, and personnel marketing. Previously, Anna worked at BMW Group as a Kommunikations- und Marketingmanagerin, specializing in occupational safety initiatives and ergonomic projects from April 2020 to March 2022. Anna started at BMW Group as a student assistant and master's candidate, contributing to cross-departmental reporting and drafting the 2020 Ergonomics Report. Anna's career began at Fitness First Germany GmbH as a Dual Student, gaining insights into customer service and personal training. Anna holds an MBA in Sport and Health Management and a BA in Fitness Economics from Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement, along with multiple fitness certifications from BSA-Akademie.
