Dan Chiafair is a Corporate Attorney with experience advising entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses on various corporate transactional matters. Dan has worked at Feinberg Hanson LLP and Latham & Watkins, where Dan was involved in mergers, acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters. Prior to their legal career, Dan served in the US Navy Reserve and held various positions related to naval operations. Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
