Tess Connell is an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with a strong background in developing and maintaining reports across various organizations. Currently serving at FEI Systems since November 2021, Tess contributes to the Long Term Supports & Services department in Maryland by creating and maintaining SSRS reports and acting as a subject matter expert in SQL. Prior experience includes roles at MTM, Inc., Spotlight Inc., and additional positions in report development, where Tess focused on converting reports to SSRS, creating automated reporting processes, and mentoring junior developers. Tess's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Virginia Tech.
