Tory Bergeson has been integral to the firm’s operations since she joined in 2019 as FeganScott’s legal assistant.

Prior to joining FeganScott, Tory was a Realtor for Kettley and Company in Yorkville, IL for four years and was an accounts receivable clerk for eight years. As a former Realtor, Tory’s self-discipline and actionable preparation reflect the firm’s commitment to providing exemplary service. Now as a legal assistant, Tory is usually the first person a client meets at the firm, and her ability to prioritize clients’ needs and connect to them on a personal level is an important part of how the firm supports clients throughout the investigation and litigation process.

Tory earned her associate degree from Waubonsee Community College in Illinois.
