Allison Frantz, SHRM, CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Feetures, a position held since October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Human Resources at Deephaven Mortgage, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement, recruiting, payroll, and performance management while successfully growing the HR team and leading various employee initiatives. Earlier roles at MassMutual and Bank of America focused on HR business support, employee engagement, and leadership development. Frantz's career began at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, progressing through various HR and management positions, ultimately reaching the role of Vice President of Human Resources. Frantz holds a Master's degree in Organizational Effectiveness from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Queens University of Charlotte.
