Leana de Beer is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. As a Trustee at Canon Collins Trust since December 2022, Leana also serves as Group CEO at Feenix.org, focusing on online fundraising and bursary management for educational access in South Africa. Additionally, Leana founded and leads WaFunda, a social impact enterprise aimed at delivering education and entrepreneurial education through innovative financing models. Previous experience includes non-executive director positions at Nava and Real Pay, along with a successful tenure in content production at Idea Candy and KO Productions. Leana's education includes a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIBS Business School, and a Bachelor of Communications Studies (Hons.) in Industrial Communication & Graphic Design from North-West University.
