Joel Blake OBE is a multifaceted leader with extensive experience in the fintech and charitable sectors. As Founder and CEO of GFA Exchange since June 2019, Joel focuses on enhancing inclusivity in finance while managing risks and costs. In addition, Joel serves on the Board of Advisors for Taranis Capital, emphasizing ethical investing in fintechs with strong ESG practices. Leadership roles include Chair of the Board of Trustees at EmployabilityUK, where efforts are directed at improving career prospects for young people, and Board Trustee for B:Music, promoting cultural initiatives in Birmingham. Joel has also contributed to various organizations, such as the Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce as President and as a founding chair of The Supper Club's Birmingham Forum, dedicated to supporting high-growth entrepreneurs. Furthermore, Joel co-founded The Ark and held the position of Founding Director at CULTIV8 SOLUTIONS LIMITED, specializing in leadership diversity.
