Henco Splinter currently serves as the Head of Nutrition & Business Development at FeedValid since April 2024. Prior to this role, Henco was a Dairy Technical Specialist at Phibro Animal Health from April 2019 to April 2024. Henco's experience includes serving as a Product Manager for Cattle at Nuscience from November 2016 to April 2019 and as an Account Manager at Agrovision from May 2015 to November 2016. Henco also worked as an Account Manager & Nutrition at Nuscience group between October 2010 and May 2015, and as Herdmanager at VOF van Tol from April 2007 to October 2010. Henco obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Animal and Livestock Management from the University of Applied Sciences, completing studies from 2004 to 2008, and achieved a VWO degree at VLC from 1998 to 2004.
