Yini Lam has worked in various roles since 2015. Yini began as an Operations Manager at Misto Lino, where they managed and led a sales team and developed and implemented complex schedules and procedures. In 2015, they also began working as a Merchandiser at Disney Parks & Resorts, where they delivered exceptional guest service and maintained merchandise presentation. In 2019, they joined FeedMob as an Ad Operations Manager, where they conducted troubleshooting of campaigns and worked with internal and external parties to ensure technical and campaign related issues were handled quickly and appropriately.

Yini Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley in Art/Art Studies, General. Additionally, they have obtained a AppsFlyer Essentials Certificate from AppsFlyer in October 2022, and a Disney College & International Program Internship from The Walt Disney Company in June 2015.
