Mark Dalton has held a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2016, they served as the Marketing Chair for the Entrepreneurship Club. In 2018, they were a Marketing and Communications Intern for INTERACT Technology. In 2019, they held three roles: Strategy Analyst for NutriVend, Customer Success Analyst for Third Bridge Group Limited, and Customer Success Manager for Third Bridge Group Limited. In 2021, they were a Client Strategy for YipitData, and they currently serve as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Feedly. Throughout their career, they have managed a book of business of $3.2 million dollars in annual recurring revenue, built close client relationships, researched and interviewed thought leaders and executives, persuaded C-suite level experts to consult in a product, conducted daily research on markets, macro trends, and IME companies, and analyzed datasets in R code to extract insights.
Mark Dalton has a varied educational background. Mark completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware between 2015 and 2019, and also completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Sydney in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Glastonbury High School between 2011 and 2015. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Miro Essentials from Miro in October 2022, Accounting Fundamentals from Corporate Finance Institute\u00ae (CFI) in December 2020, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2022, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in January 2021.
