Leonardo Rocha Leao is a seasoned professional in the wine and beverage industry, currently serving as District Manager at Fedway Associates since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Wine Sales Consultant at Frederick Wildman & Sons and New Jersey Sales Manager at Blue Coast Wine Imports. Notably, at Whole Foods Market, significant contributions were made as a Wine Team Leader, including the development of the first and largest Whole Foods Market spirits department and the expansion of the wine program. Leonardo also managed multiple teams in specialty products and achieved record sales as a Wine and Beer Buyer. Early career experiences include positions as an Instructional Aide at schools for autistic children, Bar Manager at Shackamaxon Golf Club, and Head Bartender at Preakness Hills Country Club. Leonardo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Montclair State University and is a graduate of the Sommelier Society of America.
