Thomas Scarantino is an experienced Program Manager with a robust background in both public and private sectors, currently holding positions at Alutiiq, LLC and FedSys, Inc. since March 2015 and May 2012, respectively. Previous roles include managing programs for the U.S. Department of State’s Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program from December 2016 to July 2022 and serving as Deputy Program Manager at FedSys, Inc. from December 2011 to May 2012. Thomas Scarantino has also held significant positions within the Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), culminating in retirement from the DEA after serving as Assistant Regional Director and Deputy Chief of International Operations until January 2011. Furthermore, Thomas Scarantino contributed to academic development as an Adjunct Instructor in Criminal Justice at Marymount University. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Criminology from Saint Joseph's University.
