Craig Surette has over 25 years of work experience in business development and sales. Craig served as the Director of Business Development at GPA from 2015 to present, where they provided leadership in expanding markets and solutions for digital-print-partners. Before that, they were the Vice President of Sales North America at Kernow North America from 2009 to 2015. Prior to that, Craig worked as a consultant at Ivy Business Consulting, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. Craig also held the position of Director of Sales at TeleTech from 2004 to 2006 and Director of Business Development at Language Line Services from 2001 to 2004. Craig started their career at Avery Dennison in 1991, where they held various leadership roles in marketing and business development until 2000.
Craig Surette received their education from various institutions. Craig completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at the Schulich School of Business at York University from 1989 to 1990. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1988, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Western University. Additionally, Craig Surette has obtained several patents from the United States Patent and Trademark Office in different areas, including multi-layer labels, CD label assembly technology, and portable language interpretation services.
