Phyliscia has a background in freight operations, shipbroking, and customer service. Phyliscia is skilled in handling charter parties, vessel operations, and dispute resolution. Phyliscia holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics and Economics from Nanyang Technological University. Currently, Phyliscia is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Dry Cargo Chartering from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
