Ibne Imon possesses extensive experience in operations management and engineering, with a current position as Sr. Manager Operations at FedEx since January 2021, specializing in Express - Critical Inventory Logistics. Since June 2016, Ibne has also served as Sr. Manager Engineering and Planning at FedEx Logistics, overseeing operations productivity, process design, and real estate. Previous roles include Account Manager at FedEx Supply Chain Services, where customer relations were paramount, and Business Unit Manager at Jabil, managing a $200M customer account with full P&L responsibility. Additional experience includes managerial positions in operations and quality assurance at Jabil and Arrow Electronics, focusing on lean manufacturing and quality systems.
