Mickey Schwab has over ten years of work experience, beginning with an Operations Intern role at FacilitySource in 2011. In 2012, Schwab joined Dotomi as part of their Rotational Program. In 2013, Schwab moved to Conversant (formerly Dotomi) as an Associate Automation & Infrastructure Engineer. In 2015, Schwab held two roles, a Software Engineer at Red Frog Events and a CTO at DRYV. In 2017, Schwab became a Software Engineer at bRealTime. In 2018, Schwab was a Solutions Engineer at Facebook. In 2019, Schwab was a Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Indeed.com. Most recently, in 2021, Schwab became a Software Engineering Manager at Meta.

Mickey Schwab completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from DePaul University in 2012. Prior to this, Schwab attended Denison University. Schwab graduated from Ottawa Hills High School in 2008.
