Philippe Laurent serves as the ±Ê°ùé²õ¾±»å±ð²Ô³Ù of the Fédération des élus des Entreprises publiques locales since December 2023 and has been the Maire of Ville de Sceaux since March 2001. Additionally, Philippe Laurent holds various leadership roles, including deuxième vice-président in the Association des maires de France et des présidents d'intercommunalité and conseiller régional at Région ÃŽle-de-France, where there is responsibility as the president of the Commission des transports et des mobilités. Other positions include 2ème vice-président délégué aux Finances et à l’Information citoyenne at Métropole du Grand Paris and President of the Conseil supérieur de la fonction publique territoriale since October 2011. Philippe Laurent has also been the President of the Union Régionale des CAUE d'ÃŽle-de-France since 2014 and serves as vice-président for the Forum métropolitain du Grand Paris. Educational qualifications include degrees in Economie-finances from Sciences Po and Engineering from CentraleSupélec.
