Fanny Charpentier currently serves as Déléguée Générale Adjointe at the Fédération de Paris de la Ligue de l'enseignement, leading strategic human resources initiatives, managing social relations, and supporting the association's project deployment since June 2016. With prior roles including Directrice des Ressources Humaines and Responsable des ressources humaines, Fanny has extensive experience in HR management, project implementation, and team leadership across various organizations. Fanny's academic background includes a Master 2 in Human Resources Development and a degree in Social Psychology of Organizations, complemented by a strong focus on enhancing workplace quality and equality initiatives. Additional roles include serving as a Conseillère Prud’hommes and contributing to HR education at Université d'Évry.
