Colleen Campbell is an accomplished professional in the field of higher education policy and management, currently serving as a Program Manager for Unified Servicing and Data Solutions at Federal Student Aid under the U.S. Department of Education since November 2019. Previous roles include Director of Next Gen FSA Strategic Communications and Senior Advisor for Policy Implementation and Oversight. Prior experience encompasses positions as Director and Associate Director of Postsecondary Education at the Center for American Progress, and Senior Policy Analyst for the Association of Community College Trustees. Colleen also held a Research Analyst position at the Institute for Higher Education Policy and interned at the U.S. Department of Education. Earlier career highlights include serving in various capacities in financial aid at The Juilliard School. Colleen holds dual master's degrees in Public Policy and Higher Education Policy, along with a bachelor's degree in History of Art from the University of Michigan.
