Dennis Dowrey, ASP, BCMP, CQC, currently serves as Federal Project Manager at Federal Solutions Company since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dennis held positions as Oregon Regional Safety/Operations Manager and Field Safety Manager at Hermanson Company from January 2019 to December 2023. A distinguished career in the US Navy spanned from November 1988 to December 2018, culminating in the role of Master Chief, with significant responsibilities including Force Medical Master Chief for Commander, Submarine Forces and health services leadership on USS FRANK CABLE. Dennis earned a Master of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor's of Science in Health Care Administration from Trident University International.
