Shawn M is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter at Federal Soft Systems Inc since April 2019, responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Prior to this role, Shawn served as a Technical Recruiter at Symphony IT Solutions from May 2015 to February 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating full-cycle recruiting events, managing high-volume scheduling, and maintaining data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
