Kimberly Roach, MBA, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently leading the Project Management Office at Federal Resources since February 2016. Kimberly has a proven track record in developing project management best practices and tools, enhancing customer service, and overseeing contract management. Prior roles include Customer Service Supervisor and Senior Contracts Administrator at Federal Resources, where Kimberly built successful teams and managed compliance issues for federal and commercial contracts. Prior professional experience includes serving as Senior Financial Analyst at Harris Corporation, providing financial management support for a significant Government IDIQ Contract, and as a Financial Analyst at Alion Science and Technology. Kimberly holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
