Megan Ford, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, a position held since 2012, where responsibilities include organizational change management, training, and workforce planning for the NextGen Program, which enhances currency processing technology across the Federal Reserve System. Megan has also held roles as a Business Advisor for the Currency Technology Office's NextGen Program, Director overseeing Procurement, Supplier Diversity, Accounts Payable, and Travel, and Senior Manager for District Procurement and Accounts Payable. Prior experience includes serving as Procurement Manager and Lead Sourcing Specialist. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business.
