James Jopp is a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since March 2022, bringing extensive experience from a military background. Serving in the US Navy since September 2013, James holds the rank of Intelligence Specialist Chief Petty Officer, having progressed through roles as an All-Source Intelligence Leader, Team Leader, and Open-source Intelligence Analyst. Additionally, James led the Regional Exploitation Center at the Joint Special Operations Command from January to November 2019. Academically, James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota between September 2014 and May 2017.
