Frederick Torde, CSM, is an accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, currently serving at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since April 2023. Torde has extensive experience in leadership roles within the US Army from May 2016 to April 2023, recognized by the Secretary of the Army for exceptional leadership in a multi-organizational event. Torde's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Management from Columbus State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Vermont. Additional experience spans roles in customer service, logistics management, and special collections, demonstrating a strong foundation in organizational leadership and project oversight.
