Patty Sagert currently serves as Manager of Operations Support at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and has been an Administrative Supervisor since September 2021. As a sole proprietor, Patty Sagert provides expertise in higher education, K12 education, insurance, and nonprofit sectors. Previously, Patty Sagert held various leadership roles at Rasmussen University from 2007 to 2021, achieving significant growth and profitability during campus operations. Patty Sagert was also the first female District Manager appointed in Minnesota at Farmers Insurance, where responsibilities included recruiting and training independent agents from 2003 to 2007. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Marketing from Metro State University.
