Molly Keim, MBA, currently serves as the Analytics Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, leading a team that supports the business and finance functions of the Technology Division. With a career at the Federal Reserve since June 2012, Molly has also held positions such as Technology Manager, where oversight of application developers was key, and Assistant Manager, supervising the National Service Desk. Additionally, Molly has experience as a Customer Support Intern at Intuitive Medical Software, where technical troubleshooting and customer service were primary responsibilities. Molly earned a Master's Degree in Innovation Management from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Missouri State University.
