Shirley Zhang is a seasoned finance professional with comprehensive experience in market and liquidity risk management. Since 2014, Shirley has served as a Senior Market and Liquidity Risk Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Prior to this role, Shirley worked as an Investment Consultant at HSBC from 2010 to 2013 and as a Senior Consultant at Crowe Horwath from 2005 to 2007. Shirley holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Northwest University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Renmin University of China.
