Kelly Douglas currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly operated as the Principal at Douglas Employment Law Consulting, LLC, providing legal advice to various employers on employment issues. Kelly's extensive legal career includes positions as Assistant General Counsel for Employment at Ropes & Gray LLP, Senior Employment Counsel at Draeger Medical Systems, Inc., Vice President and General Counsel at Vinfen, and Senior Employment Counsel at Bull HN Information Systems, Inc. Additional experience includes serving as a Litigation Associate at Conn, Kavanaugh, Rosenthal and Peisch, and a judicial clerk for The Honorable Gene Carter in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in French from Smith College.
