Aly Cross is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, information technology, and photography. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Federal Package since December 2022, Aly previously held roles as a Human Resources Specialist at Oxygen Service Company and Hydra-Flex, Inc., where significant contributions included the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System and management of company-wide review processes. As the Owner and Lead Photographer of Aly Cross Photography since June 2021, Aly combines artistic talent with entrepreneurial skills. Prior experiences range from IT Support Analyst and Consultant roles at Piper Jaffray, to customer service positions in the brewing industry. Aly holds a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Marketing from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, complemented by studies at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
