Neil Mannion is a financial professional with extensive experience in operations and derivatives accounting. Currently serving as a Senior Derivatives Accountant at the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York since October 2021, Neil oversees daily derivative activity and trade confirmations while leading trade support efforts.
