Jolene Robinson has extensive work experience in credit risk management and financial examination. Jolene has worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines and Seattle, as well as the Department of Financial Institutions.

Jolene navigated the changing regulatory environment during the banking and financial crisis and provided recommendations in risk management. Prior to this role, they were a Financial Examiner, responsible for analyzing the safety and soundness of financial institutions.

Jolene Robinson attended the University of Washington from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics. Jolene later pursued further education at Seattle University from 2007 to 2010, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Jolene also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Washington from 2001 to 2005.
