Jerry A. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jerry recently worked as a Senior Consultant at Federal Engineering, Inc since July 2023, where they specialized in land mobile radio (LMR) systems and emerging LMR and LTE technologies. Prior to this, they were a Solutions Engineer at Catalyst Communications Technologies from October 2018 to July 2023.

Jerry also has experience in sales engineering, having served as a Sales Engineering Manager at Simoco Wireless Solutions from March 2015 to September 2018. Before that, they worked in the Systems Division at Kenwood USA Corporation from July 2011 to March 2015.

Earlier in their career, Jerry worked as a Field Service technician at Psion (Psion Teklogix) from October 2006 to June 2011, where they conducted site surveys for barcode scanning and RFID applications. Jerry was also a Field Service Technician at Mobile Communications America from September 2005 to October 2006, where they provided support for land mobile radio systems and 911 emergency systems.

Jerry's experience in the industry extends further back to their time as a System Engineer at Dataradio Corporation from May 1997 to June 2005, where they designed private wireless data networks. Jerry also worked at Rockwell International as a Certified Production Associate from April 1986 to June 1994, where they assembled and tested missile components.

Jerry began their career in the US Navy, serving as an Aviation Warfare Systems Operator, Second Class from April 1982 to April 1986. Jerry was stationed aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower CVN-69, where they served as an enlisted aircrewman.

Jerry A. pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 1992 when they attended Gwinnett Technical Institute. Jerry completed their Associate of Applied Technology (AAT) degree in Electronics Technology from there in 1994. Following this, in the year 2000, they enrolled in Southern Polytechnic State University, focusing on Electrical Engineering Technology. Jerry attended this institution until 2003 but did not receive a degree. Finally, in 2010, they enrolled in Colorado Technical University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Information Technology in 2011.
