Joshua Tallman, MPH, currently serves as a Public Assistance Emergency Management Specialist at FEMA, focusing on efficient delivery of Public Assistance grant funding in Region 1. Additionally, Joshua works as an Emergency Management Consultant for BME Strategies, planning public health emergency preparedness for 45 communities in Northeast Massachusetts, and as the MRC Unit Coordinator for the Metro East Medical Reserve Corps, managing over 1300 volunteers across 19 communities. Previous experience includes a fellowship at MedTechVets and significant roles in the US Navy, where Joshua was recognized with the Admiral Zumwalt Leadership Award and coordinated extensive training programs. Joshua holds a Master of Public Health from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The Ohio State University.
