Leigh Fleming, PP, AICP, currently serves as City Planner for the City of Rahway since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Planner and Senior Planner with Heyer, Gruel and Associates from January 2020 to April 2023, and Planner at HARBOR CONSULTANTS, INC. from June 2017 to December 2019. Leigh's earlier career included positions as Grader at Rutgers University, Legal Administrative Assistant at Robins Kaplan LLP, and Receptionist at Canon Business Process Services, Inc. Education includes a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marist College.
