Deanna Deeter, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Management and Program Analyst at FEMA since September 2024. Prior to this role, Deanna held positions at Strategic Resolution Experts as an Assistant Program Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant from July 2021 to September 2024, and at Rosendin as a Project Manager from April 2021 to July 2021. Deanna also worked as a Project Manager at StructureCare® from March 2020 to April 2021, focusing on the DC/MD/VA territory. Earlier experience includes various managerial roles at Otis Elevator Co. from June 2017 to March 2020, and significant military leadership in the US Navy from June 2012 to June 2017, where Deanna served in various capacities, including Assistant Material and Logistics Director and Project Manager. Deanna earned an MBA from Indiana University Bloomington and has a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the United States Naval Academy, supplemented by a Professional Certificate in Project Management from Rutgers Business School.
