Luis Segura is an experienced Plant Manager with a robust background in manufacturing, having held senior management positions since 1993. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Federal Electronics since December 2017, Luis has previously managed operations at TE Connectivity SS, The Offshore Group/Dept Parts Now LLC, Arc-Tronics, Inc., and Plexus Corp., employing expertise in both operational efficiency and program management. Luis began as Engineering Manager at Kokopeli Plastics and as Manufacturing Manager at Sinomex, contributing to diverse sectors. Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Nogales.
