Jabra Khamis serves as the Director of Operations at Federal Custom Cable, a role held since July 2006, where responsibilities include total ownership of daily operational systems and processes, significantly enhancing efficiency and driving growth amid tripled product demand. As Quality Manager, Jabra designed the first-ever Quality Management System, achieving ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications that facilitated the company's expansion and created new opportunities. Additionally, Jabra is the Owner/Operator of AYK Consulting Group since June 2021.
