Ryan Villamor has extensive experience in business applications support within the Federal Court of Australia, currently serving as the Manager of Business Applications Support since July 2017. In this role, Ryan oversees a team of Business Analysts and collaborates with various stakeholders to resolve major incidents and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Previous positions include Business Applications System Analyst, IT Service Support Officer, and various court co-ordinating roles, demonstrating a strong background in technical support and project management. Ryan also has experience in customer service with Datacom and Australia Post, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Marine Biology from the University of Sydney. Additionally, Ryan operated a graphic design business for several years, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
